We require sellers to submit their 2fa Setup Key so that if required, we can submit 2fa codes on your behalf. This will allow the transaction to flow seamlessly and ensure that the customer always receives their item.

Step 1

Head over to https://www.roblox.com/my/account#!/security

Step 2

Enable "Authenticator App (Very Secure)"

Step 3

Click "Can't Scan the QR code? Click here for manual entry"

Step 4

Save the following code displayed here (this is what you're going to submit to us)

Step 5

Set up authenticator.

For IOS/Android we recommend "Google Authenticator"

Step 6

Finish setting up 2fa on Roblox by clicking "Verify"

Step 7

Submit 2fa Key to Ro.Place when listing an account. Make sure to include the key highlighted in Step 4
